Description
The enterprise architecture consultant establishes the enterprise architecture of the business solution, ensuring its overall viability. They collaborate as an advisor and document writer. They maintain the scope of the solution in accordance with formally established requirements, guide the organic breakdown of all requests, and ensure compliance with the methodological standards in place at the Ministry. They primarily perform enterprise architecture activities in cloud environments (Azure, containers).
Requirements
Eligibility criteria (minimum requirements): MUST SPEAK, WRITE AND UNDERSTAND FRENCH
1. Possess an undergraduate university degree (Bachelor's) in computer science, business administration, or a related field
2. Possess eight (8) years of professional experience in information technology, including five (5) years of professional experience as an IT architecture consultant
3. Have completed three (3) architectural mandates in a web context for projects exceeding 1000 JP each
4. Possess four (4) years of experience in .NET web application development and with the C# language
5. Possess three (3) years of development experience with Visual Studio 2019 or a later version

Responsibilities
Activities
• Identify improvement and development strategies based on best practices in effect at the Ministry
• To familiarize oneself with and implement the development frameworks and common services in place at the Ministry
• Advise project teams on best practices
• To develop, in whole or in part, the organic architecture files
• Monitor organic activities according to the development framework in place at the Ministry
• Advise and inform organic analysts and developers on the methods to follow and how to approach problems
• Conduct code reviews to validate adherence to the development framework and proper use of common services
• Develop the required UML diagrams
• Ensure that deadlines for assigned mandates are met.
• Participate in team progress meetings and report on progress
